1. Clinical Consultations & Diagnostic Evaluation

Initial consultations at High On Smile comprise a detailed clinical examination, soft-tissue analysis, occlusion evaluation, and digital diagnostics.

• No Online Medical Prescriptions: Information communicated via our website, WhatsApp, or Instagram serves for educational guidance and appointment scheduling only. Formal clinical diagnoses and treatment prescriptions are exclusively rendered in-person after clinical evaluation.
• Diagnostic Radiographs: Appropriate x-rays (periapical, panoramic OPG) and 3D intraoral scans are clinically necessary before commencing invasive, restorative, or orthodontic treatments to evaluate underlying bone levels and root anatomy.

Every human jawbone, periodontal ligament, and tooth root structure is anatomically unique. While digital treatment setups offer high predictability, physiological biological response to tooth movement, bone remodeling rates, and soft tissue adaptation vary between individuals.

High On Smile clinicians utilize cutting-edge biomaterials and evidence-based protocols to maximize aesthetic harmony and functional bite balance; however, exact biological speed cannot be mathematically guaranteed.

4. Dedicated Appointments & Scheduling Courtesy

Unlike crowded clinics, High On Smile schedules dedicated one-on-one sessions with generous buffer times to eliminate waiting room delays and guarantee undivided doctor attention.

• Punctuality: We kindly request patients to arrive 5–10 minutes prior to their reserved consultation time.
• Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify our studio team at least 12 to 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or phone call, allowing us to reassign the reserved clinical slot to another waiting patient.

5. Treatment Estimates & Financial Transparency

We do not endorse misleading flat pricing or hidden dental fees. Because each oral cavity presents unique restorative, periodontal, or orthodontic conditions, detailed treatment outlines and transparent cost estimates are provided following clinical and radiographic examination.

• Estimates include all primary procedural fees, material specifications (e.g. monolithic Zirconia, IPS E-max, certified titanium implants), and planned review sessions.
• Any unexpected secondary clinical findings discovered during treatment (e.g., severe subgingival decay or internal root resorption) are transparently discussed with the patient prior to performing additional procedures.

6. Patient Responsibility: Medical History Disclosure

Patient safety is our primary clinical priority. Patients must fully and truthfully disclose their complete medical history, including:

• Active systemic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, cardiac disorders, kidney disease, osteoporosis).
• Ongoing medications (blood thinners, bisphosphonates, immunosuppressants, hormonal therapies).
• Known drug allergies, local anesthetic sensitivities, pregnancy, or recent hospitalizations.

High On Smile is not liable for adverse reactions or complications arising from undisclosed medical histories or withheld clinical information.

7. Infection Control & Sterilization Protocols

Our studio operates under strict Class-B vacuum autoclave cycles, ultrasonic multi-stage instrument scrubbing, chemical disinfection, and disposable barriers for every single patient session to ensure complete cross-infection prevention.

8. Dental Emergencies & Urgent Clinical Inquiries
